That's it, the French film festival has begun since 1 week now at Adelaïde.
This French festival is organised by the Alliance Française (french and public organisation to promote the french language and french way of life). The festival takes place in each big city in Australia : Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Perth and Adelaide of course...
After having studied the festival's guide, it's decided, next sunday at 6:00 pm, we will go watching : "Against the wind" (in french : "Des vents contraires") at the Palace Nova on Rundle Mall - Adelaïde.
Two reasons to be glad :
> I have already read the novel, so I know the story and it's a very beautifull story...
> The story takes place at Saint Malo, my region because I come from Brittany. So I am sure to discover beautifull landscape and point of view.
For the closing night, very beautiful film, for lovers of old movie and François Truffaut famous Director, with "Le dernier Métro", with Gérard Depardieu et Catherine Deneuve. A story with a beautiful storyline, a must-see classic (Sunday 8 April, 6.30pm for 7pm, Palace Nova Eastend Cinemas)
