In France, we love to eat cake and patisserie, it's even cultural. Also a birthday 's cake is essential during a birthsay party... but here in Australia a birthday's cake must be also beautiful with a lovely and funny decoration. Australian people have lot of creativity for this and it exists a job (that does not know in France) : cake designer. Also, for my younger pirate for his third birthday, I have decided to be creative and to bake a "piratly soft chocolat cake". The most marvelous is to see his eyes shine and just to be happy.
